In addition to his contracting business, Mr. Kumaran ventured into property development in 2020 with the launch of Sri Ganesh Builders. This company has successfully delivered villa projects totaling over 1 Lakh Sqft, demonstrating Mr. Kumaran's expertise in developing premium living spaces.
